TaskLive SnapBill
Terms of use | TaskLive SnapBill
1. What the app is
SnapBill is a tool that runs on your device to photograph, read, file and export expense bills. It has no account, no online service and no server-side component. We do not receive, store or process your data. All processing happens on your device.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, subject to the terms of the store you obtained it from. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute or resell the app except where law permits.
3. Your data and your responsibility
Everything the app stores lives on your device. You are responsible for keeping it: for exporting regularly, for where you send exports, and for the PIN if you enable the app lock. Uninstalling the app deletes its data. We cannot recover data, PINs or exports, because we never hold them.
4. Accuracy of readings
The app reads bill details from photos using on-device text recognition and rules. Readings can be wrong. The app marks values it is unsure of, but you are responsible for checking every value before relying on it, including for reimbursement, tax or accounting purposes. The app is not tax, accounting or legal advice.
6. Software updates
SnapBill is updated through Google Play and the App Store. Builds may change without notice. Do not rely on the app as your only copy of any bill: export regularly.
7. No warranty
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that readings will be accurate, that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data on your device will not be lost.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the app or the site is limited to the amount you paid us for the app, if any. We are not liable for lost data, lost reimbursements, tax or accounting outcomes, or any indirect or consequential loss.
9. Third-party components
The app includes open-source and third-party components, including Google ML Kit for on-device text recognition, under their own licences.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always at this address with its effective date. Because the app has no way to contact you, please check this page after app updates that mention terms changes. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, have jurisdiction over any dispute.
